Ideation
The Problem
Reduced productivity, high absenteeism, and low morale have become the norm in modern workplaces, especially post-COVID.
So we asked: what’s really causing it?
After digging into the data, we discovered 4 core stressors that hold teams back:
Physical, Emotional, Social, and Financial challenges.
Social
The pandemic intensified employee isolation, making it harder to stay engaged, connected, and motivated at work.
Financial
50% face financial stress — and 60% believe their employer should help support their financial well-being.

Market Landscape

We designed for both employees and HR managers — each with different challenges, but a shared need for a healthier, more engaged workplace.
Employees want to feel balanced, supported, and connected.
HR Managers need tools to reduce burnout, track engagement, and unify wellness efforts.
From Research to Action
Our research showed that workplace well-being is more than just fitness or perks.
Employees struggle with financial, emotional, social, and physical stress.
HR teams want to help but lack clear tools and insights.
So, we knew our solution had to:
Cover all four well-being areas
Be simple and engaging for employees
Give HR a clear, unified view
That’s the foundation we built on.

Mapping the Journey
Design
Wireframes were created to map out the app's complex information architecture, user flows, and navigation, ensuring a user-centric design approach. Through this process of visualization and iteration, based on stakeholder feedback, we achieved consensus on the platform direction, effectively securing project buy-in.
Homepage Design Iteration
We experimented with various structures for the homepage, challenges of balancing clarity with visual appeal and user-friendliness, while also encouraging users to explore numerous features and complete many tasks without feeling overwhelmed.
